ABOUT LOUISE THOMPSON

Louise Thompson brings charisma, confidence and wisdom as a leadership coach and speaker, honed by 20+ years of leading Communications at the highest levels, from Silicon Valley startups to established public services including the NHS. As a former Director of Communications at board level, Louise understands the realities of corporate life: the pressures of executive leadership, the challenge of being heard at the top table, and the stereotypes that often hold both women and communications leaders (two of her own defining characteristics!) back from becoming true organisational leaders.
