People and performance are my passion. My approach is pragmatic, with a focus on personal and business success.A skilled coach, networker, and influencer, my passionate, consultative, and collaborative leadership style helps to build long term relationships at all levels. My success is based on an ability to critically analysis situations, quickly get to heart of the challenge and build sustainable programmes and teams that deliver outstanding returns. I have significant depth and breadth to my experience. I have built inclusive recruitment functions, changed onboarding and induction to improve experience and retention, developed internal and external talent pipelines to underpin operational and growth strategies. I have built programmes to raise leadership capability, fostered coaching and mentoring cultures as well as transformed performance and career management.I have created learning and talent strategies, constructed learning academies and talent management centres of excellence all with associated tools, resources, insights, and services. I firmly believe in the power of bringing your whole self to work and have created networks and communities that delivered awareness and allyship, deployed career mentoring opportunities for women, and raised the profile of mental health. As a people leader, I create environments in which the team can learn, grow, and perform to their best and act as an exemplar for the business overall. I practice what I preach!
