About Louise Ewing
I build enterprise platforms where correctness, trust, and scale matter. My work centers on identity, access control, onboarding, and the systems underneath durable growth.Across SimplyAgree, ClickUp, Atlassian (Trello), and earlier roles, I have led product efforts that removed structural blockers to adoption, enabled large enterprise deployments, and improved monetization by addressing underlying platform constraints. Much of this work has lived in identity-heavy domains such as authentication, provisioning, permissions, and auditability, where small design decisions have significant downstream effects on reliability, security reviews, and revenue.I am often brought into ambiguous, high-leverage problem spaces. These include enterprise deals stalled by platform gaps, onboarding paths that leak users for non-obvious reasons, or systems that function in isolation but break down under real organizational complexity. My approach emphasizes clear problem definition, strong primitives, and careful sequencing so that each investment simplifies the system rather than increasing long-term surface area.A recurring theme in my work is eliminating hidden cost. This often shows up as hours lost to manual coordination, confusing permission models, or workflows that do not reflect how teams actually operate. I rely on discovery, data, and close partnership with engineering and design to make those costs explicit and translate them into product decisions with measurable outcomes.I have operated across early-stage environments and scaled platforms and am comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. I care about building products that are durable, composable, and easy to reason about, and systems that earn trust through consistency and scale without becoming fragile.
