CPD Product Development: Scoping and development of bespoke TDT-branded CPD programmes. Working cross-organisationally to identify areas of need and create a package of online modules, reflection tool and workshops. Including working with SMEs, commissioning video and audio assets, identifying and making accessible key research, using instructional design principles and technology to create impactful content, managing project timelines and budgets. • Delivery and Facilitation: Delivery and facilitation of in-person, online and blended programmes to a range of audiences including senior leadership and C-suite.• Leadership Coaching: Providing leadership coaching using evidence-based frameworks (e.g. GROW model and EARS) applying coaching best practice to enhance leaders’ strategic thinking, self-awareness, and performance, driving measurable improvements in team effectiveness and organisational outcomes.• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to promote engagement, retention, and growth in the organisation’s professional development programmes and services.
