ABOUT LOUISE WIBBERLEY

I work with NHS teams to improve dermatology and skin cancer pathways. My focus is on helping services run safely, sustainably and in a way that works for patients. At Skin Analytics, I support the use of a Class CE marked AI enabled clinical platform that underpins multiple dermatology pathways, including skin cancer. The platform is designed to be flexible and scalable, allowing pathways to be mapped around local need rather than a one size fits all approach. The focus is on getting patients into the right pathway at the right time, reducing avoidable demand on services, and supporting clinicians with patients who are needing face to face appointments, with high quality images and clear clinical decision support. This helps create capacity without adding pressure on teams. I work day to day with NHS Trusts, ICBs, Cancer Alliances, Health Innovation Networks, clinicians, service managers and digital teams. I focus on building trusted relationships and shaping business cases that reflect real operational pressures such as workforce constraints, backlogs, performance targets and patient experience.I care about what happens after the first patient goes through the door. Making sure pathways work in real settings, teams feel supported, and changes are sustainable over time is an important part of my role. Before joining Skin Analytics, I worked across healthcare SaaS, the life sciences sector and in charity roles. Earlier on, I was a beach lifeguard with the RNLI and spent time working in hospitality. Those experiences shaped how I work today and still influence how I show up. Calm under pressure, practical, and comfortable working with people from all backgrounds.Outside of work, I enjoy living on the Kent coastline and genuinely love it, especially a Sauna on Margate beach in the winter. I am also gluten and dairy free, and always keen to share recipes, or swap recommendations for good places to eat!
