I am a senior change and onboarding leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex programmes across public and private sector environments.Since 2011, I have operated within the emergency services landscape and currently serve as a Regional Onboarding Lead within the Emergency Services Network (ESN) programme. I work across multiple Fire & Rescue Services, supporting large-scale transformation by aligning national strategy with local operational delivery.My experience spans programme governance, business change, risk management, PMO leadership and stakeholder engagement across HR, finance and technology disciplines. I am particularly experienced in multi-agency collaborations, where differing organisational cultures, political sensitivities and operational pressures require careful navigation and strong relationship management.I am motivated by purposeful change and take pride in delivering structured, well-governed programmes that improve operational effectiveness.
