I currently support the AH-64E Apache Programme, focusing on the effective delivery and development of the Safety Management System (SMS). I lead safety investigations, manage risks and hazards, and help drive performance improvements through training, analysis, and open communication. I work closely with Boeing Defence UK, the Ministry of Defence (MoD), and suppliers to maintain compliance, strengthen safety standards, and promote a proactive safety culture across the programme.
