I have found that my self-motivation and analytical thinking has allowed me to be able to adapt and meet the evolving needs of customers, regulators, employees and markets quickly and decisively and become involved in radical concepts and performance led design resulting in a deep fascination with problem solving. My inquisitive and confident personality coupled with my honest nature has led to forming key relations with both internal and external figures. Always looking to expand my knowledge base, I would like to be involved in more change management programmes. My main interests are; strategic planning and transformational design/ implementation and the people side of organisational change.
