Marine Maintenance Manager | Strategic Asset & Compliance Leader | Project Manager – Vessels, Infrastructure & New Build | Driving Legacy Change & Innovation With a strong foundation in marine maintenance management, I lead the full lifecycle of critical asset care, from day-to-day vessel operations to multi-year, multi-million-pound capital works and vessel enhancement programmes. My current role sees me managing complex dry dock and refurbishment programmes, implementing predictive maintenance strategies, leading on major infrastructure upgrades, and delivering large-scale new build marine projects – all while aligning compliance, cost, and performance.I’m proud to be changing the way we care for marine assets – raising standards, improving contractor performance, and securing value for money through strategic procurement and planning. My work spans everything from identifying scopes and developing specs, to overseeing contractors, writing reports, and forecasting spend – ensuring every project is technically robust, financially sound, and future-proofed.As part of the wider estate’s leadership across marine and infrastructure, I’m passionate about creating long-term resilience, whether that’s through modern maintenance regimes, improved governance, or championing innovation. I believe in empowering teams, delivering with purpose, and raising the bar for safety, quality, and asset longevity.
