From 2016 to 2019, I worked as a manager and then as a senior manager in front line delivery of CASS, funds and pensions audits ( also providing SME support in the CASS space). Previously,in 2015, I worked at Arthur J Gallagher in the role of Client Money Manager, where I was responsible for client money breach reporting and remediation, as well as audit liaison and strategic planning for readiness to meet the potential new rules raised in Cp 12/20.
