ABOUT LOUISE NDIB-GEE-REN-DÉ NDIBWIRENDE
I am TEDx Speaker, a multi-award winning equality specialist and experienced programme manager with 13+ years experience in delivering culture change through strategy development, training, risk management and stakeholder engagement. I am an EDI Consultant and have worked with clients which include English UK, Mind, Citizens Advice, St John\'s Ambulance and Bridgewater and Taunton College. I directed and produced my first documentary which explores the unspoken joys and pains of the lived experiences of adoptees - which premiered in September 2024 at Watershed. This followed a tour across Norwich, London, Southampton and Sheffield - with a global tour scheduled for 2025. I hold voluntary roles at Watershed on the Board of Trustees and previous mentor for Just Like Us (winning \'Mentor of the Year\' in 2023).I have specialist interest in race, LGBT+ equality and mental health whilst taking a strong intersectional approach to my work. Over the years I am proud to have spoken at various conferences such as WHEN Conference, This Can Happen, London City Hall and Google HQ. 🧠 I am an experienced trustee spreading across Solent Mind, Bristol Mind and Watershed. I am passionate about supporting the leadership and governance of organisation though an equality, diversity and inclusion lense. I am available for consultancy projects, training delivery and public speaking on equality, diversity and inclusion practices. I can offer specialist support on EDI strategies and a variety of inclusive workplace practices.
