As the Co-founder of Formula Careers, I\'ve devoted more than six years to empowering aspiring motorsport professionals to discover their unique paths in the motorsport industry. Through our comprehensive website and vibrant LinkedIn presence, our goal is to present outstanding opportunities and invaluable resources to help individuals navigate the competitive motorsport landscape. I am proud to have developed the front and back end of meticulously optimising its SEO, and consistently attracting around organic visitors each month. Our website now ranks on Google\'s first page for sought-after search terms. Additionally, I\'ve cultivated a strong community on the Formula Careers LinkedIn business page, amassing almost followers and launching a widely-subscribed newsletter. I also manage a dedicated Student Support Group on LinkedIn, where over motorsport students and professionals connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Outside of my Formula Careers endeavours, I am a devoted wife and mother of three amazing children. One of which is pursuing a dream career in motorsport, one who is autistic and has his own unique challenges in finding his place in the world, and one who I home educate. In my spare time, I volunteer my energy and expertise to create and maintain these invaluable FC resources for motorsport enthusiasts. My personal mission is to promote career happiness and satisfaction, and I am committed to helping as many people as possible to find joy in their chosen paths. I recently released the comprehensive guide on how to achieve a career in motorsport,\'The Guide To: Careers in Motorsport\', and also the \'Getting Work Experience in Motorsport\' guide, both of which can be found at formulacareers.thinkific.com.
