I have over 20 years post qualification experience in employment law practice, advisory work and litigation in Northern Ireland and work closely with employers across the public, private and third sectors providing practical advice and assistance in respect of the application of their internal procedures to individual employee cases and further providing advice and representation in respect of all categories of employment claims before the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals and the civil courts. I regularly advice on restructuring issues including individual and collective redundancies and the application and implication of TUPE, assist organisations with the drafting and varying contracts of employment and company policies and handbooks; managing complex grievance and disciplinary cases and providing representation in cases involving public interest disclosure detriment and dismissal and unlawful victimisation generally.
