Our platform powers the marketing of hundreds of smart retailers - from the world’s fastest growing retail brands to established high street names.\\\\n\\\\nI create, maintain and manage all of Ometria\'s customer facing documentation, including; release notes, user guides, API documentation, in-app messaging.\\\\n\\\\nIn my third year at Ometria I audited, reviewed and re-launched all of our internal documentation, working with subject matter experts in Support and Technical Projects to document and communicate complex use cases, our back end debugging tools and other connected systems.\\\\n\\\\nIn my fourth year I created a standardised three-tiered internal training program in Lessonly for teams to understand how Ometria works and how our retailers use it.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
