ABOUT LOUISE KELLY
Following the breakdown of a relationship, people need to achieve clarity, stability and certainty for the future. It is important to resolve matters with as little stress and conflict as possible, especially if there are children involved. The best way to achieve a resolution which is reasonable and fair for all members of the family is to work together with an experienced family solicitor. They can provide clear sensible and practical advice whilst guiding you through the process and negotiate matters amicably on your behalf. Separation can often be a difficult and significant life event and it can seem like there is no way forward. People can understandably allow their emotions to get the better of them which can lead to fractious arguments that are counter-productive to negotiations and reaching an agreement. If you find yourself having to deal with issues arising from a separation and wish to talk with someone who can help, please give me a call on 01•••••••24 or email me at l••••••••@wspsolicitors.com.
