ABOUT LOUISE JORDAN-HALL.
As a Coach and Mentor I support people including Chief Officers, Non Executive Directors, Managers, staff, young people and individuals who need assistance to reflect on their present position and what their next steps might be in their lives.I use a variety of reflective coaching approaches including solutions based coaching techniques and vocational tools. I believe we all have abilities to grow if given time and the right environment to reflect on our attributes and experiences. My work as Chair of Mind Norfolk and Waveney enables me to use all these skills alongside my previous experiences as a LA Chief Officer leading on Governance and Economic Regeneration and as a Vice Chair of a PCT and a CCG, as well as my roles in operational management and commissioning of Mental Health, Substance Misuse and other Adult Services across a large County. Keeping people’s individual influence at the heart of all my practice has been the drive and golden thread throughout my work.
