Partner with the Life Sciences RM team to manage staffing assignments for sold project work and business development needs, while overseeing capacity model process and ensure consistency of methodology across team. Maintain staffing software/reporting and coordinate with team to ensure data is accurate for assigned projects. Establish and maintain credibility with internal teams (staff and leadership, local HR, Operations, Finance, etc.) in order to facilitate ongoing relationships and service delivery efforts, while maintaining discretion at all times with confidential and sensitive information. Coordinate overall staffing assignments for newly hired staff and meet with each new hire to communicate staffing process, conduct staffing software training, and understand interest and assignment preferences. Develop and maintain understanding of solution group offerings to ensure better matching of skill sets and project needs. Analyze and forecast near-term and long-term capacity for assigned focus areas and communicate to leadership for planning purposes. Support ongoing coaching, career planning, staffing guidance and developmental counseling for staff, and participate in components of performance management process with HR to help ensure consistent understanding of development needs of employees. Work closely with project and finance teams to ensure that all reporting meets company compliance targets.
