In my role within the Group’s Careers and Inclusion team, I deliver projects and initiatives designed to enhance career development and foster a more inclusive workplace. I manage and update the internal careers website to keep content relevant and inspiring, while supporting the launch and embedding of digital tools that connect colleagues across the organisation.I’ve played a key role in migrating Diversity & Inclusion content to a new SharePoint site, ensuring timely delivery and sustained engagement. I also develop and facilitate resources and training for our network of D&I Advocates, helping to embed inclusive practices throughout the business. Accredited in Insights Discovery, I thrive working collaboratively in project-based environments, driven by clear goals and a commitment to making meaningful, lasting impact.
