A cross functional role in a new team, creating programmes and tools mostly from scratch⁄ Reporting into the Head of Leadership Development, Europe, Providing input into European leadership development strategy and aligning closely to our global businesses⁄ Critical to my role is an in-depth understanding of TJX’s business and strategies, industry and competitive trends and best practices⁄ I support the development of high potential emerging leaders, AVPs & VPs through cohort activities and individual, bespoke development experiences⁄ I lead and manage communication, launch, roll out and evaluation of all programmes/tools⁄ I partner globally to leverage development solutions and to align assessment strategies⁄ I enjoy working with leaders at every stage of their development: briefings, leadership assessments and 360 feedback, development planning, coaching and identifying new ways to enable them to self-sustain their learning going forward ⁄ Partnering with business schools, academics and psychologists enables me to continually evolve our offer, develop leading edge content and challenge my own thinking ⁄ As an accredited executive coach I also work with established senior leaders and high potentials who are transitioning into more senior roles or other parts of the business ⁄ I am responsible for coaching capability within the HR function, partnering globally in the management of an external programme and to identify opportunities for individuals to use their skills in supporting the development of othersQualifications:/ Licentiate of the CIPD⁄ Coach for Blanchard’s Leadership Point of View process⁄ OCM Certificate in Executive Coaching – Distinction⁄ Qualified Strengths Deployment Inventory facilitator⁄ Accredited MBTI Practitioner⁄ Qualified in Psychometrics Level A&B+(OPQ, Ravens, HBRI)⁄ European Foundation for Quality Management Assessor⁄ NCFE Certificate in Life Coaching⁄ Diploma in Personnel Management (Core Management)
