I have a proven track record in adding value to a business through control of wages/budgets, managing and reducing absence, ensuring the business has the right staff at the right time, succession planning, upskilling management and HR staff and reducing the risk of employment tribunals through sound ER advice to line managers.My experience has predominantly been within retail.
