Proven successful expert in Change Management enabling the business SLA’s to be met which has helped the business to succeed, assisted in reducing costs and improved over all performance.Thoroughly and impartially working with team and internal stakeholders to research and provide resolutions of complaints to the satisfaction of all parties concerned ensuring the requirements of external regulators and internal standards are met and where required staff are provided with feedback and training to ensure continued clinical and administrative learning are maintained. Supporting team with the TUPE move to Ingeus and ensuring they are set up and ready to work to prevent any delays to our claimant’s journey. Being on hand to answer any questions and providing training where required.
