About Louise Dunne

I’ve built my career by stepping into complex challenges and turning them into opportunities for growth and transformation. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Vice President of Operations, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Global Workplace Leader—roles that have sharpened my ability to drive results, lead through change, and connect strategy with execution on a global scale. With my engineering foundation, I bring a structured, analytical approach to executing complex transformation strategies, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving customer-centric outcomes. I believe operations is the heartbeat of any successful organization—where every process and decision should ultimately serve the customer. I\'m passionate about transforming complexity into clarity and enabling high-impact results that align with both business goals and customer needs. My prime expertise lies in Operations, Workplace Strategy and Executive Development —and I\'m deeply passionate about building systems, processes, and environments that enable people and businesses to perform at their best. I specialize in Workplace Innovation spanning areas such as Real Estate & Workplace Strategy, Design & Construction, Capital Planning, Physical Security, Employee Health & Safety, and Workplace Sustainability while also designing executive onboarding, coaching programs, and succession planning frameworks that accelerate readiness and strengthen leadership pipelines.Career impact includes overseeing $1B+ OPEX and $850 CAPEX portfolios, leading enterprise-wide transformation strategies that consistently delivered cost reductions, compliance improvements, and stronger employee engagement. Engaging with C-suite executives to drive strategic initiatives is a core strength of mine, and I am committed to creating sustainable workplace solutions that enhance the employee experience while supporting organizational goals. As a former World Major Marathon athlete, I now stay active trail running, mountaineering and participating in many of the outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I believe a commitment to fitness, healthy living and the powerful mind-body connection keeps me grounded, resilient and empathetic, important elements for a leader in today’s challenging and changing workplace.

As Vice President of Product Operations and Transformation at Intel, I lead global, enterprise-scale initiatives at the intersection of operations, transformation, and real estate strategy. A key focus of my role is overseeing new site development, expansions, and consolidations in alignment with long-range business objectives and workforce needs. I am currently leading the strategic planning and execution of a multi-year, multi-phase campus consolidation and expansion project for the Intel Products business. I partner closely with Intel’s Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services organization to shape and execute real estate development strategies, including the planning and delivery of capital projects across a global portfolio. My work spans site master planning through construction contracting strategy, program governance, and operational readiness.I lead the risks and controls strategy across both construction and operational programs, embedding governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, and disciplined execution across a global portfolio.
