ABOUT LOUISE DAWSON
Hi I’m Louise I’m a hairdresser part time and i have a side hustle in health and wellness! I have been hairdressing since leaving school about 24yrs ago and I wanted to be a hairdresser since I was a small child, in fact my parents say as soon as I could talk I always said that was what I would do! I love my job so I guess I’m very lucky, even though most of the time it’s a lot of hours for not a lot of money. I’m also mum to 2 small boys which means I now go out to do freelance hairdressing this allows me more time with my kids. It can be very stressful juggling work, kids and home life. All this while trying to get to the gym and stay fit and healthy. I was feeling burnt out.my health and nutrition were suffering and so I was feeling exhausted all the time. I just didn’t have time to eat healthy and prepare meals that I could easily take out to work with me. I needed to find a way to eat healthy whilst on the go and not compromising any of what little family time I get. Being on the road most o the day also meant I needed my food to be convenient but not junk. That’s when a friend introduced me to our fat burning system and I very quickly realised how easy it was to have a healthy balanced meal on the go! I also lost weight and felt I had loads more energy as well as performing better in the gym. i go to CrossFit 4 times a week, which is a pretty tough workout! My involvement in the health and wellness industry has transformed not only my body but my life too! Not only am I fitter and healthier now at 40 than I was at 20 I’m also much better off thanks to our financial wellness plan.If there’s one thing I love it’s getting the chance to help transform someone’s life and making it better by having a positive influence, helping them lose weight and get healthy! I love working with everyday people to achieve great results when it comes to their health and fitness! This works so well with my hairdressing business allowing me to make a little extra money to spend on myself, the kids or extra holidays. I can decide to go out for dinner if the mood takes me or take the kids on a trip out for the day without having to worry about money.basically more financial freedom I would love to help you to lose weight, get fit and be the best version of yourself!
