Guilford Education Alliance is a nonprofit organization with the mission of galvanizing the community in support of Guilford County Schools so that all children are prepared for a bright future. As Development Director, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders throughout the community, including donors, nonprofit partners, school leaders, volunteers and our staff/board team. I have raised between $500K and $2.2M annually through individual and corporate donations as well as foundation grants to support advocacy, the Teacher Supply Warehouse, School-Based Telehealth and community engagement. As an integral member of a small but mighty team, I have been directly involved in strategic planning, project/event management and data management and analysis to inform decision making. Excellent relationship building and strong written and verbal communication skills have helped me be successful and for Guilford Education Alliance to make a significant impact through advocacy and direct service.
