ABOUT LOUISE

With over 20 years of experience in the footwear industry, I am currently the Head of Wholesale UK & Ireland at ECCO, a leading global brand of premium leather shoes and accessories. In this role, I have full P&L responsibility, as well as market strategy, management, and development. I lead a sales team of 8 direct reports, and work closely with key accounts and new business opportunities across online and offline channels. I also oversee the brand repositioning and pricing excellence, as well as the trade and brand marketing initiatives, to generate long-term growth and customer loyalty. Some of my achievements include increasing the wholesale Net Sales by 15%, securing several large contracts with a major online retailers and launching a successful collaboration with a local influencers. My core competencies include key Account Management, new business development, retail and VM. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and discerning customers.
