I currently work in On Market Techincal on a variety of projects for oncology and cardiovascular therapeutic areas as analytical and project leads on projects across various CMOs and stages of development and process improvements. This includes response to HA questions, communication with external manufacturing sites, analytical investigations, and management of process improvements. I am also a PT & D Inclusion & diversity Pride champion which aims to improve and promote awareness and knowledge across the business to help to create a more inclusive and positive workplace. As part of this I lead organisation alongside a team and assist in running of global and external events as part of LGBTQIA+ awareness, secure and manage the team budget including tracking and approval of costs.I am a mental health first aider and a well being champion aiming to ensure that all employees have the support and resources they require to improve wellbeing both mentally and physically.
