I will write about my work experiences. A good way to rank companies from an employees point of view. And if I was to rate for COR on each Company I worked for and the ones along my road I give 100% to each. 1/ Brinks Very happy, great experience. 10/102/ Lepine Apartments Majorly happy, in the 2 year project, I was always treated with respect as I did for others also and in all 0 death and great companies to work alongside. When I announced I was leaving I received a party with a cake with my name on it and thank you. 10/10 @100%3/ Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, I was very happy also until jealousy took over and the fact that I entered in conflict with the new Director to be by renting my house. So, I left to avoid repercussions. 9/10 4/ BGIS, I was very happy. I was so happy doing it hybrid, I was always doing my work then co-worker had left on a stress leave. I sold my home of 11 years in Alfred Ontario once Covid-19 had started also then almost ready to go at the Bank to borrow for my new home I asked for a letter to provide to the Bank, same day I was fired because my co-worker that had come back from stress leave stool me out that I was only coming in 2 times a week instead of 3 days. I lost all my money from the sale of my home to renting still am. My credit and everything was perfect all ruined by jealousy. 2/10( I think this is the reason/ But if I was good for 2 years, why? Who knows why? I have no clue!5/ Ellis Don/ DND March Road, Ottawa Ontario. I was fired for not speaking English properly. But overall had to take care of all safety of all buildings around and the demolition side. I give Ellis Don 7/106/ Alstom /discharged because I did not call the row of command for a 3 cm minor finger cut. 2/107/ National Defense, very happy until I was too afraid to walk through itinerant and drugs sleeping under in the parking lot for my walk getting to the most powerful buildings. I left on my own. I give National Defense 10/10 8/ Parliament Hill PCL, I was fired because I believe they were not happy with me asking for the floor plans. I was taught on my first project to calculate weight on floor to weight at moments. Calculate all equipment the floor can handle. Or because I had a hard time doing the 4 hour Orientation. Sad how hard it is to get good employment and the road is never really about the title HSE but really if you can mingle well. I did not go to school to mingle and should be hired on my knowledge and not for jealousy. 4/109/ Pomerleau gets 9/10
