Ensuring a realistic programme, quality, change control and risk processes are maintained. • Building strong stakeholder relationships shaping programme strategy, defining business requirements, and ensuring operational readiness. Influencing people with different agendas to adopt new concepts and different ways of working, effectively selling the benefits of the change to gain buy-in.• Ensuring governance and controls in place to confirm all resources (including business) understand the required actions to deliver and stabilise each wave of go-live.• Engaging, promoting, and holding others to account in coordinating a programme of work to transform the way services are delivered and supporting others to develop new ways of working.
