Managing the Employee Lead Programs for the USPS small Business Sales group. Will be working to increase participation among our 640k+ employees by educating them on USPS products and services and empowering and motivating them to look for and talk to potential customers that may be a strong candidate to benefit by using these services. The program is designed to generate quality leads for our USPS Sales team and will help generate new revenue for the USPS. We\'ve already increased revenue in two years from around $300-$500k per year to around $1B in new revenue being generated each year through this program. My team has also been able to increase participation among our employee in these voluntary programs, from around 6% to now almost 17% and has generated over 120k leads in FY19.

Currently serving Small Business Sales Sr Program Manager position for the employee lead generation programs. Designed to have all employees of the USPS looking for new business revenue. In FY19 increased revenue generated from just over $500M per year to over $1B in new revenue in just two years and in FY20 over $1.24B and on pace to exceed $1.4B in FY21 even during the pandemic. Prior to this I served as program manager for Global Express Guaranteed, Dinero Seguro/Sure Money and international postal money order programs for the U.S. Postal Service. I manage the bi-lateral partnerships between the USPS & FedEx Express and between the USPS and Bancomer international Banking working with the State Dept. in conducting and managing the international money order program. I am PMP and Lean Six Sigma green belt certified. I led a project to improve international retail transactions resulting in cost savings of $66M and overall growth to the organization of over $500M. I took an underperforming sales team ranked last in the country and made it the number one sales force in the US. going from a 9% sales closure % to over 33% in just one year I managed the Parcel Select program for the USPS with an annual revenue of over $500M and the relationships with our business partners including FedEx and UPS. I grew the service to generate over $2B a year. I have designed collateral materials, handled all advertising and communications including creating videos and training for Global Business and prior to that for all USPS services shipping and mailing services. I analyzed USPS prices and costs against our competitors. I developed and have given presentations for top USPS executives and to the shipping industry at most major trade and industry events. I trained internal & external customers. I\'ve responded to Congressional inquiries, customer service issues and dealt with outside media relations. I\'ve created S.O.P.s, service talks, and press releases and been published in many trade magazines on my expertise in the parcel shipping and mailing industries.(Although I am a USPS employee, you should note that my posts are my opinions and in no way speak for or on behalf of the organization).
