Develop deep expertise of Thrive Career Wellness Platform, possessing a strong understanding of the features and services available to users Support Thrive users in understanding elements of their outplacement or career management program Host 1:1 and group virtual onboarding meetings with new Thrive users Host group training sessions on the Thrive platform Build customized career wellness programs to include the right balance of career, learning and wellness services to support users and their goals Meet weekly volume targets, interacting with clients each day through a variety of channels (phone, email, virtual meetings) Drive user engagement, activation rates, and onboarding rates Monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional client services Effectively track and report on all activity, sharing insight into successes and areas of opportunity Participate in the continued development of Thrive\'s overall client engagement strategy
