Optima Health: 1) Standard Operating Procedures were produced for various service lines to create seamless and standardised service models to assist with bids and tenders and craft consistent and repeatable process documentation for operational staff. 2) Development of a robust programme-level business change impact assessment (BCIA) tool in Jira and creation of multiple reporting dashboards to establish the volume of upcoming operational changes and the impacts on different stakeholder groups.3) Mentor to the project team and coaching provided in Agile ways of working, story points, Jira tools and sprint management. An increased team skillset and managing projects and changes in Jira provided solid oversight for the PMO across all change and integration programmes and projects. Advanced board report packs and exception reporting created a more accurate and comprehensive way to monitor progress against deliverables.
