About Louisa Rivas
I have been at Canopy Credit Union for almost 21 years and recently decided to go back to school. I\'m currently enrolled at SCC to earn an AAS in Business. Eventually, I\'d like to transfer that knowledge towards obtaining my BA in Business Management at Whitworth. Up until recently, I work with our CEO on Board communication, policies and monthly board reports. I also worked closely with our HR team writing and updating policies, paying misc. invoices, and encouraging a positive, fun and creative culture. I have a vast first-hand knowledge of varying credit union jobs. I began as a teller and have held several roles at Canopy since then to include internal auditing, Net Promoter Score, marketing, payroll, account reconciliation, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees, writing procedures, and.well, let\'s just say I wear a lot of hats! I am so excited to hang my most recent hat on being our NPS champion (again!) as well as our Service & Sales Trainer.
