I’m pursuing my Master’s degree in Management Studies at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, and actively seeking jobs as a management/strategy consultant and business analyst.Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nankai University, I possess strong research and analytical skills, which were further strengthened in my seven internships across various industries. The experience of working for different functions of companies enables me to see the company’s operations from multiple perspectives, hence reinforcing my interest in improving the company’s efficiency and profitability.Besides, while working for Volkswagen as an HR Digitalization intern, I managed the life cycle of different HR Digital Projects, from gathering requirements, comparing and selecting vendors, to the system deployment by closely working with top consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture. All of these greatly improved my project management skills, and acknowledged me the enormous power of digitalization in transforming businesses.In my spare time, I love singing, live music and road trips.
