As an Operations Specialist at Printfection I am primarily responsible for placing customer orders with our network of decorators and suppliers and making sure those orders are produced, shipped and delivered according to customer requests. I partner cross functionally with our Customer Success and Merch teams as well as our decorators and suppliers to make sure customer expectations are perfectly met. Partially responsible for $8 million in gross revenue during FY. Manage order operations, inventory and fulfillment: from sending orders to printers to purchasing inventory and ensuring deadlines are met through successful delivery Support customers and recipients by answering order-related questions Decreased team ticket volume in Zendesk by identifying tickets that could be removed from our workload and partnered with our Operations Manager to remove them.Partnered with our vendors to decrease production timelines and increase accuracy amongst orders
