   Corporate Leader of Reliability and Maximo implementation team responsible for managing a million+ dollar budget for IKO Industries, a leading multi-Billion dollar Global Shingle Manufacturing Corporation.* Responsible for implementing Reliability as part of Manufacturing Operations Excellence, where Maximo CMMS and Reliability Best Practices are enablers to transition the corporation from Current State to a highly efficient and effective, condition-based, Future State Operation, focused on optimizing Planned Shutdown Maintenance and Running PM/PdM technology, to reduce unnecessary contractor labor and spare parts costs.* Responsible to train and apply Design for Reliability Centered Maintenance (DFRCM) principles, through implementation of a customized Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Assessment / Knowledge Sharing Tool to accelerate the corporation on the Manufacturing and Reliability learning curve. The journey starts with establishing asset criticality ranking to a verified Asset Hierarchy, to help plants determine priorities of which assets justify the cost to have the reliability investments and focus applied first.* Responsible for driving standardization of Asset Names, with: CMMS Assets, Production Loss (Downtime, Rate Reduction, Waste) tracking system, HMI, Labeling, Drawings, etc, across plants, as well as driving the development of Bill Of Materials (Spare Parts Lists) and linking Spare Parts to corresponding assets within Maximo, across the corporation.* Responsible for leading and coaching the Plants toward the optimization of the PM/PdM\'s across plants for the Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation Control assets, utilizing the latest practical condition based technology such as: vibration analysis, ultrasonic analysis, thermography, etc.* Responsible for helping the Plants to meet or exceed their manufacturing KPI\'s using the tools of Reliability in a prioritized disciplined way to achieve Manufacturing Operations Excellence.
