I’m a passionate leader in the outdoor space currently working with Runna — striving to make running training easier and more accessible than ever. As the GM of our North America division, I’ve built our team from the ground up, scaling operations across multiple functions of the business and oversee our expansion into the market. I thrive at the intersections of strategy, brand building, and working with my teammates – I pride myself on being a hands-on leader who listens first and takes action quickly. With more than a decade of experience in startups, I’ve honed a wide range of skills, from business strategy and development to global event activations and brand building. Cutting my teeth as a local run leader, I deeply understand the power of community in driving a brand’s growth and presence, and many of the projects I’ve led have been rooted in fostering strong, meaningful connections. When I’m not chasing the next big idea for Runna, you can find me running, cycling, or exploring a new trail with my wife and two dogs. I\'ve also competed as a high-level runner over the past decade+. Some notable accomplishments include-514th American to break 4 minutes in the mile (2018)-3x Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier (2016, 2020, 2024)-20th Overall at the NYC Marathon (2019)-10th Overall at the US Marathon Championships (2022)

I’ve built our U.S. team from the ground up, ensuring our strategies and initiatives are tailored for the American market while collaborating closely with our UK-based HQ.Highlights of my role include-Leading global event and activation efforts, including Runna’s presence at major events like the NYC and London Marathons-Managing cross-functional teams, mentoring, and providing resources to set them up for success-Driving growth through innovative partnerships, ambassador relationships, and U.S-centric strategies-Acting as a bridge between global teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.Runna changes the way runners train for 5ks, Marathons and more.
