   Responsible for qualifying Amazon Robotics systems that operate in Amazon Warehouses across the globe. Involved in all stages of the SWDLC from high-level design meetings through hands-on testing in order to ensure we deliver a high quality solution to our Customers- Team test lead for several AR releases involving firmware testing of drive units, mobile applications, web-based frontend UI testing, end-to-end integration testing and Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture- Create, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual test environments that involve AWS EC2 servers, network hardware, robotic drive units, PC Station hardware, database storage, safety system,etc- Track and log detailed software defects found during all stages of testing using JIRA, verify bug fixes, and dive deep into logs to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis- Invent new test tools and scripts to simplify tedious manual tasks and improve team efficiency during testing- Collaborate with product management, architecture, and development organizations to formulate comprehensive system and feature test plans from product requirements and functional specifications using Requirements Management Software (Jama Contour).
