Coordinate global logistics operations to support OCONUS projects efficiently.• Risk Mitigation and Problem Solving: Develop strategies to mitigate risks and maintain a focus on achieving project goals. Resolve challenges promptly and effectively using a solution-oriented approach.• Technical Expertise: Leverage familiarity and experience with mechanical, electrical systems and equipment within SCIFs.• Team Leadership and Development: Deploy, manage, and guide Cleared American Workers (CAWs) for OCONUS construction projects. Provide leadership and mentorship, ensuring teams achieve milestones while fostering a high-performance culture.
