   I am responsible for revising corporate-approved Advanced Work Packaging and WorkFace planning techniques and protocols. I need to monitor and maintain IWPs to make sure they comply with all CWPs and Project Milestone requirements. Additionally, I must evaluate and manage departmental expenditures in line with budgetary goals, as well as support teams in reliable projections. I also define and deploy Construction Work Packages (CWPs), Subcontract Work Packages (SWPs), Engineering Work Packages (EWPs), Turnover Work Packages (TWPs), Procurement Work Packages (PWPs), and Vendor Work Packages (VWPs). I collaborate with the Engineering Manager in order to implement strategic plans and ensure successful completion of all projects. Furthermore, I offer exceptional support to the project management team for the implementation of Construction operations. Following are my key accomplishments: Led $10B worth of initiative to support teams in planning, execution, and maintenance of AWP program in engineering, sub-contract, procurement, and construction departments as per Path of Construction. Developed and executed operational protocols for projects, comprising Design Change Notices (DCN) and Carryover Work (COW). Managed a multi-disciplinary team of up to 45 planners and representatives and supervised the creation and management of Installation Work Packages (IWP), including constraints and workflow.
