With my extensive experience in property management, asset management and business development, I have grown to become an asset to any team. As the Business Development Manager for TriArc Construction, I have excelled in managing cross-functional teams, developing and executing successful business strategies and identifying potential areas for growth. With my exceptional communication and negotiation skills, I have established and maintained strong relationships with clients and internal teams resulting in streamlined operations and increased efficiency. I have also pursued strategic partnerships with key industry players, increasing market visibility and generating new business opportunities. My time as a regional manager asset manager allowed me to gain valuable experience in developing and executing asset management plans for a variety of properties. I confidently monitored market trends, analyzed competition, and established favorable relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors, to ensure seamless operations and high levels of tenant satisfaction. I provided strong leadership and guidance to property management teams through effective training, mentoring and performance management. As a Community Manager for various properties, I ensured that all resident files were complete and accurate, processed invoices and purchase orders, and consistently exceeded monthly NOI projections. I am proud to have increased resident retention and received recognition for my hard work, including associate of the month, manager of the month, and perfect shops multiple occasions throughout my career.
