Accountable for the end2end customer experience across our private web and mobile app platforms. Built and executed a product strategy that creates customer engagement and satisfaction, thus building trust and advocacy amongst our existing customer base. Responsible for multiple delivery squads, delivering new, and upgrading existing, features across web and mobile channels, whilst optimising customer journeys and solving the problems that matter to our customers. Drove a customer and data led approach, which is outcome focused, ensuring we deliver demonstrable value to both customers and the business. Oversee product roadmaps for the secure and mobile platforms, and set the benchmark for Product Visions, North Stars and OKRs for the department. Worked closely with senior stakeholders from around the business ensuring that roadmap prioritisation is well informed, clear and understood, and aligned to our broader business strategy. Aligned with heads of UX and Technology to ensure all platform features and journeys are designed to our target standards. Worked closely with the Head of Digital Product Growth and the Head of Service and Product, to stay aligned on strategy, flex resource, re-prioritise and remove blockers where needed. Built, managed and led a team of Senior Product Managers, Product Managers, Product Analysts and Product Data Analysts, ensuring that they have the right direction, mentoring, support and guidance needed to succeed in their role and develop over their career path with interactive investor.
