I lead research, data science, and AI programs that deliver measurable clinical impact and operational savings, contributing to millions in healthcare savings. As Director of Computational Research at Rady Children’s Health in Orange County, I lead cross‑functional teams to design, validate, and deploy model‑driven ML and AI research solutions into electronic health records. This is made possible through partnerships with clinical, research, and IT leaders to move projects from insight to safe, measurable impact at the point of care. I have supported or enabled 400+ research studies through the multidisciplinary teams I lead and published 80+ co‑authored peer‑reviewed papers in collaboration with clinical investigators and research teams. My mission is to build the teams, tools, and governance that allow healthcare organizations to use data and AI with clarity, confidence, purpose, and simplicity.
