In an international hyper growth context for Exotec, I am responsible for improving our operations by put in place a global operational excellence model. Attached to the COO, my main missions are : • Set up the master KPI and reporting necessary to monitor operational performance and determine corrective plan with Business Units • Define and drive the global roadmap of strategic and operational projects necessary for its development. • Make sure that operating processes and standards are efficient and followed by the teams in every business-unit. • Constantly analyze operations’ performance and identify areas of process enhancement. • Uphold excellence among deployment and maintenance teams and promote best practices.
