ABOUT LOUIS ANEMONE
As a finance student at the University of Tennessee, I’m driven by a passion for capital markets, financial analysis, and creating value through data-informed decision making. I maintain a 3.94 GPA while actively engaging in organizations such as the Tennessee Capital Markets Society and Business Fellows, where I’m building a strong foundation in valuation, financial modeling, and equity research. These experiences have strengthened my analytical approach and reinforced my interest in understanding how companies create and sustain value.My experience includes an Accounting Internship at David T. Black, where I gained hands-on exposure to analyzing tax returns, verifying financial documents, and maintaining an online filing system. I also completed an Equity Research Externship with Pzena Investment Management, which strengthened my valuation capabilities, risk assessment, and attention to detail through building reports and presenting investment theses. I’m especially interested in careers in investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds, where I can apply my analytical skills and experiences to solve complex business challenges. I’m always open to new opportunities, mentorship, and conversations about finance, capital markets, and technology, and I have an expected graduation date of May 2028.
