Participate in the analysis of the company\'s financial performance.• Understand insurance results and be able to model them in a forecast.• Conduct comprehensive industry analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, leading to strategic recommendations for business development.• Initiate and contribute to the improvement of data transmission processes, budget review, performance analysis and various existing management reports.• Upload plan data to financial systems and perform various validations.• Support the director in various projects: replacement of the claims database, new dashboard for the industry and end-of-period results.• Monitor and control the accuracy and completeness of data in the processing of internal systems.• Participate in and take responsibility for special projects or mandates-• Participer à l’analyse de la performance financière de l’entreprise.• Comprendre les résultats d’assurance et être capable de les modéliser.• Réaliser une analyse approfondie du secteur pour identifier les tendances du marché, le paysage concurrentiel et les opportunités de croissance, aboutissant à des recommandations stratégiques pour le développement commercial.• Initier et contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de transmission de données, de révision budgétaire, d’analyse de performance et de divers rapports de gestion existants.• Charger les données du plan dans les systèmes financiers et effectuer diverses validations.• Soutenir le directeur dans divers projets : remplacement de la base de données des sinistres, nouveau tableau de bord pour l’industrie et résultats de fin de période.• Surveiller et contrôler l’exactitude et l’intégrité des données dans le traitement des systèmes internes.• Participer et prendre en charge des projets ou mandats spéciaux.
