Co-create was established with funding from Department of Health to test and develop a reliable approach to co-production in health and social care - use our experience of co-production and co-design to connect people’s lived experiences to services in a meaningful way that genuinely affects change. We provide consultancy, training, facilitation and strategic support to help organisations and groups to take the necessary steps to allow co-production to happen in a holistic, meaningful way.
