Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) is an organization of over 750 employees statewide that work toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of last solutions for families, children, and individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness throughout Colorado.Serving as the Employee Relations Manager and reporting to the CHRO, I facilitate and manage all employee relations on behalf of CCH. I provide advice and train managers and supervisor in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee complaints. I ensure compliance with HR policies and procedure. I effectively communicate with employees regarding employee relations concerns; provide guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues. I assist managers and supervisors in understanding CCH policy related to performance, discipline, and related topics. I counsel employees on concerns related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII and other similar federal and state laws. I respond to EEOC complaints.
