My name is Louie Busalacchi, and my passion is helping companies connect their supply chain through strategic, consultative partnerships. An entrepreneur specializing in domestic and international transportation, I have a strong, well-rounded background in industrial and military packaging, logistics, international trade, Foreign Trade Zone, warehousing, truckload and less than truckload freight solutions. I have particular expertise in specialized packaging, including wood crate design. I enjoy helping clients by diving into their challenges, learning their business, understanding their equipment and also how the equipment might be at risk moving large distances. There are a number of hurdles to overcome to make sure items are shipped properly. Part of the senior management team, I have had more than 30 direct reports specializing in outside sales, customer service and engineering. I take pride in my ability to hire the right people and ultimately, grow sales. I encourage people to speak openly and honestly.
