With over 17 years of executive leadership in the financial wellness and consumer debt-relief industries, my career has focused on transforming how individuals overcome financial hardship and regain control of their lives.As Chief Operating Officer at Beyond Finance, I oversee end-to-end operations—including customer care, negotiations, and client experience—to ensure clients receive best-in-class service and a clear path toward financial peace of mind. Since joining Beyond in 2019, I’ve helped scale the business, deepen partnerships, and strengthen operational performance, and champion initiatives that expand access to debt resolution for those who need it most.Previously, I served in multiple executive leadership roles at National Debt Relief, including Chief Revenue Officer, where I led initiatives that drove significant growth and industry-leading client outcomes. Earlier in my career, I managed strategic business relationships at Costco Wholesale, where I developed a deep appreciation for operational excellence and customer trust.Throughout my career, the mission has remained the same: deliver best-in-class service and measurable financial relief for people who need it most. To date, the programs and teams I’ve led have helped struggling families reduce and resolve over $10 billion of debt—creating life-changing financial freedom for hundreds of thousands of consumers.In addition to my operating role, I’m proud to serve on the Board of the Association for Consumer Debt Relief (ACDR) and on its Standards Committee, collaborating with peers to raise transparency, compliance, and consumer protection standards across the industry. I’ve also helped lead Financial Wellness initiatives—for clients and non-clients alike—focused on education,and long-term financial health.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Economics from Oneonta College in New York. A proud native New Yorker, I now reside with my family in Houston, Texas.At my core, I believe leadership is about service — to your clients, your teams, and your industry.
