When it comes to Coaching…….one might call me a “Steel Magnolia.” I’m compassionate, but firm… tough, but fair… I build positive relationships and positive outcomes! My position as Senior Consultant at Careerminds is a perfect fit! My pedigree includes pioneering 1-800 Coach as a new way to provide high quality, cost effective coaching services to individuals living in remote areas. The skeptics said “it would never work,” Fast Forward to 2023. Today, Careerminds has taken the virtual delivery model and catapulted it into a dynamic service that allows clients the flexibility of meeting with their personal coaches in the comfort of their own home offices via telephone and web conference. Our Outplacement / Career Transition / Retirement / Talent Management and Leadership Development resources are second to none; giving participants access to strategic coaching by well vetted, seasoned, front-runners in their areas of proficiency.
